Service Manager - FLUENT DUTCH SPEAKER

My client is based in Utrecht, the Netherlands and is looking to recruit a Service Manager to start immediately. The Service Manager will be responsible for the functional aspect of the business and will be have a knowledge of HP Service Manager (HP SM).

The Service Manager will have knowledge within several aspects including ITIL processes and understanding of how these are applied in the practice, analysing and developing internal processes, configuring HP Service Manager 9.x and accessing functional designs among other things.

Technical Skills:

Mandatory:

  • ITIL processes and understanding of how these are applied in the practice
  • Critical sparring partner for the user organization
  • Analysing and Improving internal company processes
  • Knowledge of and experience with configuring Service Manager 9.x
  • 2nd line analysis and resolution of incidents and problems
  • Can configure SM9 following the changing needs of the organization
  • Assess functional designs
  • Understanding of the technical operation of SM9
  • 2nd line analysis and resolution of incidents and problems
  • Assess technical designs
  • Critical and substantive sparring SM specialists (by OPS Portal)
