Description
A global pharmaceutical manufacturing company is looking for a German speaking Qualification Engineer to qualify a new inhalation production equipment being installed as part of a major capital investment project.Location: Basel area, Switzerland
Duration: 18 months
Role:
• Hands on qualification of new process equipment for inhaler production (powder filling machine, mixers, isolator, weighing systems, washrooms…)
• Generating and executing URS, FRS and DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
• Supporting and overseeing commissioning activities (FAT/SAT)
• Ensuring a smooth handover of the equipment to the operations team during the PQ phase
• Ensure that all activities are conducted and documented in a GMP compliant manner
Requirements:
• Degree educated (engineering or science degree) or equivalent experience
• High standard of German and English language
• Strong pharmaceutical engineering experience with a good GMP understanding
• Experience of qualifying pharmaceutical production equipment
