A qualified candidate will have:

5+ years of Primavera 6 software experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement or Operations or technical background

Eligible to work in the US

Strong computer skills in MS Office package

PMP, PMI-SP (schedule Professional) preferred

Strong communication skills, written and verbal to communicate across managerial departments

Experience that will lead to a successful candidate:

Experience with project negotiations and project management strategies

Recognized history as an expert in Scheduling and Process Controls

Demonstrated advanced understand of Project Management and Production Management

As a Project Scheduler you will

Ensure the execution schedules follow best practices and are achievable

Develop solutions and anticipate potential problems

Facilitates communications within the department's key support functions

Serve as the expert for communication and process development as the client needs

Conduct schedule audits with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy and requirements are met

Teach and coach employees with less experience in Project Scheduling

If you are currently known as a successful Project Scheduler this position does have the ability to advance within the company and take on other positions within the scope of Project Controls.
