Description
The night shift Manager will be required to-- Manage a team of 20-30 people,
- Training the team at all stages,
- Conducting Audits,
- Assisting in the Health and Safety Policies,
- Improve team performance,
- Statistical and Analytical to scrap reduction,
- Procedures and department instructions,
- Use ERP systems,
- Conduct Monthly stock checks,
- Employee management including holidays, absences,
- Recruitment,
- Employee investigations in compliance to Employment Law and Legislation
If you are interested in this role you would need to have-
- Experience in Rubber injections and mouldings,
- Managed a large team of people,
- Health and Safety,
- IT Literate with Office,
- Worked with Systems eg. ERP system
