Your tasks:
- Delineation between VLDB and large standard DHP offering
- VLDB entry criteria catalogue definition
- VLDB Service product offering definition
- Concepts and processes capable of handling very large data volumes
- Conceptual support of WPs 01-07 (design, definition, review)
- Data warehouses and data marts
- (Near real-time) analytics
- Mixed workloads (batch-oriented transaction processing and reporting)
- Pure high-volume OLTP would be a further category, but is currently handled by DHP Class A (out of scope?)
- Review existing DHP product catalogue
- Review DHP entry criteria
Your qualifications
- Profound experience of Solution Architect, VLDB, Oracle base build, Goldengate
- Able to design architecture of an IaaS platform for very large databases
- German (spoken, optional)
- English (spoken/written)
