Windows, IIS, .NET, ASP, PHP, MS-SQL, Web Support, Windows OS.We are urgently seeking a Windows Web Support Specialist to work in Weybridge.
This role will be to provide technical guidance and support to the on-line managers, marketers and web production people, Web/WAS software installation, configuration & change management. Release program updates to production system and troubleshooting and to manage websites information and generate periodic reports.
Technical Requirements;
- Knowledge of IIS, .NET, ASP, PHP, MS-SQL, Windows OS.
- Knowledge of Apache, Tomcat, MySQL, LINUX beneficial.
- Knowledge of Oracle, Unix beneficial.
- Knowledge of Website development beneficial.
- Knowledge of Security administration.
- Knowledge of database, applications, and web server design, implementation.
- Understanding of Firewall technology.
- Understanding of TCP/IP and related protocols.
Person Specification;
- Must be Fluent, both written and spoken, in English.
- Must hold a full driving license and have own car for possible Emergency call outs.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK or hold a valid work permit.
- Ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels.
- Self started, able to work under own initiative.
- Good team player.
- Flexible to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Quick to respond.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill are required.
- Well presented, professional and dedicated.
- Frequent availability for out-of-hours work.
HOURS OF WORK:
37.5 hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects.
