You will focus on delivering bespoke or tailored technology driven solutions maximizing the Client's business objectives. You will get the opportunity to define and produce solutions using the latest technology as well as getting full life cycle ownership in a fast paced environment. Technical strength and the drive to innovate are primary requirements. We want people that think differently - to them there was never a box in the first place to be outside of.
Listed below are key technologies however you will work with variety of technologies commonly found including, Content Management Systems, eCommerce platforms, Web services / Service Oriented Architectures, Data Warehousing / Business Intelligence, Cloud, Security / Single Sign-on and web experiences beyond the browser.
You will have for 4+ years of experience designing and developing web applications using various technologies and languages
Duties:
" Understand and map user and business driven requirements to the technologies needed to support them
" Write and unit test code, working closely with other team members when needed.
" Own the development of entire subsystems, ensuring that the components follow the overall technical architecture.
Critical Hard skills:
" Strong JavaScript and responsive layout skills. Experience with working to a designer's brief. Good exposure to open source technology such as backbone and jQuery Mobile.
" Strong .NET MVC3, MVC4 in C#
" Experience developing web based mobile solutions that look beautiful.
" Experience working with Content Management Systems an advantage.
" Experience developing native iOS or Android apps a distinct advantage and if not, the do-or-die desire to learn.
" Experience of the agile processes and using Jira an advantage.
Soft skills:
" Good spoken English.
" A ball catcher and runner.
