We are looking for 2 Technicians/ Support Engineers to start ASAP on a 2-3 month contract.Type: 2-3 Month contract
Rate: £8-10 per hour
Location: Stockport
Start Date: ASAP

Job Role:
Provide technical support to 500+ users
Check system status's in the morning and reporting this data back via email
Performing physical desk moves
Liaising with the Infrastructure support team to permanently resolve/reduce IT incidents
Maintenance around the business - i.e. site inspections to ensure that all moniteors, thin clients, PC's, and phones are all working. If not, then replace them.
Liaising with 3rd parties for printer, network, phone system
Experience required:
General IT Support - supporting internal employees
PC Builds, PC Repairs, Break/Fix repairs
Active Directory - general administration, creating users, deleting users, etc
Remote Support
Print Servers
Desktop Support
Installations of Computer Equipment and Software
