Operational Manager, Banking, London, £195 per day

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operational Manager to support the Loans Customer Experience Team who support the biggest personal secured loans business in Europe.

The role is part of the Operational Performance team responsible for management of internal and external suppliers, and the delivery of process imprivements.

The Operational Manager will manage and resolve IT and Operational incidents including Customer Rectification and Root Cause Analysis.

You shall also own and deliver small operational and customer focused projects and work with the Loans, Product and Change team to deliver the processes.
