This FMCG client boasts a varied portfolio of homecare and personal care products and is offering a challenging but rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.As the RA Manager you will be the expert of your portfolio, and will manage the external influence directly through involvement in trade associations and indirectly through leadership of the internal category regulatory network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing regulatory leadership to business strategy
- Providing regulatory leadership to project plans; including clinical, claims, devices and formulations and regulatory requirements and timeframes
- Leading and developing the regulatory network to meet the needs of the business
- Representing in key industry association committees
- Providing regulatory input to the development and implementation of advocacy and issue management in areas of interest to the core business
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant medical or scientific degree; have a minimum of 5 years regulatory affairs experience in FMCG. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills are fundamental too - you will be liaising with senior business leaders, development scientists, marketing, legal, and regulatory affairs experts, so you will need to communicate effectively and clearly in order to be effective across a culturally diverse organisation.
