Our site seems to require regular customizations to our custom theme. I noted it as a project as we sometimes have 40 hours of work needed in a week or sometimes 1 hour (rare). We pay hourly as reported by the developer. We need someone who KNOWS php, jquery, javascript, html, css and any other regular types of coding needed to modify plugins etc. DO NOT EMAIL if you will need to post questions all across the internet for how to do each thing requested. We expect you to KNOW how to do each thing and only require outside help on occasion. We also expect pixel perfect translation of our designs provided to code (or at least within reason of that). We want to pay once for a design not pay for it numerous times as it doesn’t match the design we provided in the first place.Sorry if all of this sounds harsh. But we’ve hired over 6 developers over the past couple years on this site and had good and bad experiences. We find it better to state all of this clearly up front.
We pay very fast via paypal so payment delays are a non-issue. We need someone affordable, properly licensed, and someone who is located in the united states. Aside from all the harsh stuff above I think our project and working with us is quite enjoyable and rewarding. Looking forward to hearing from someone available right away.
