Description
Oxford Nanopore Technologies is seeking a User Experience Freelancer to provide additional support for a three month period (minimum) starting immediately.
The freelancer will integrate into in-house and agency teams developing and deploying a customer portal during its early months of usage. The freelancer will also work with the in house software team to improve the usability of the Company's product interface. The tasks will include managing the user testing schedule, gathering customer feedback/requirements, managing complex workflows, producing wireframes for the broader team to utilise. The freelancer should be an enthusiastic and productive team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to design and improve user journeys through complex websites.
Experience in CRM based systems and specifically Salesforce is beneficial. Experience in developing intuitive interfaces for complex systems is also desired. At least 4 years relevant experience needed. The role will include work in Oxford (1-2 days a week), The City of London and some working from home.
