Experienced / Senior Business Analyst (with FX Risk Controls experience)Senior Business Analyst having specific experience writing FX process documents and FX risk and control assessments. Must understand FX Spots, FX Forwards and FX Derivatives and the end to end processes around them. Types of risks being addressed in this project include FX Pricing Transparency, Suitability (for the right MiFID client type), Credit and Operational. This Senior BA will be working closely with the existing Project Manager to run a number of offices around the world through standard Risk and Control assessment processes, document business processes and document the risk/control assessments
Key Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of FX Spots, FX Forwards, FX Derivatives
- Very experienced doing Risk/Control Assessments for FX products
- Ability to use Visio to map FX end to end business processes
- Team player having excellent diplomatic skills
- Native English equivalent speaking ability and written English abilities
- Willing to flexibly travel around Europe (mostly) and potentially Dubai.
- Requirements gathering - Ability to elicit and draw-out stakeholder's requirements.
- Experience of documenting business process flows and implementing business process, controls and governance change is highly desirable.
