Reporting into the HR Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for a key HR workload as the Trust prepares for 2 large TUPE projects and a redundancy consultation exercise. To be considered for this interim assignment, you will need to demonstrate the following experience:
  • Substantial knowledge of TUPE projects (full life cycle)
  • Experience of carrying out Redundancy consultations
  • Knowledge of current NHS CR, VR and MARS schemes
  • Proven high quality communications skills at all levels
  • Experience gained presenting to individuals and groups
  • Employee Engagement
  • Knowledge of NHS T's & C's including Medical T's & C's
  • Ideally, you will also have experience of managing relationships with Clinical Leaders and Clinicians
