My NHS client based in London is currently recruiting for an NHS Estates Officer to work in their busy acute trust.The ideal candidate will be professionally qualified and educated to degree level as a minimum. You will have at least 4 years NHS experience and 4 years experience managing capital schemes. You will have very strong all round estate management skills and project management skills.
Ideally you will be mechanically and electrically biased and have done an apprenticeship in either area. You will ideally be a member of one or more of the following professional bodies: RICS, CIOB, CIBSE or similar.
You will be based in London but would be in charge of a number of different sites so would need to be prepared to travel across sites.
