Role:
The dealer support technician within the infra team will work in a team of 7 people serving infra market. He/she will share with the other team members the responsibility to handle incoming issues via phone or mail.

Tasks
- Resolve incoming problems that arecalled in from the user via the customer Service Desk,in close cooperation with the user at site and answer how-to questions from the user so that the user is able to continue his/her tasks.
- Do the setup and the maintenance of the hardware and the applications that are used by the involved customers
- Support inprojects and requests for which the customer asks assistance and advice.
- Assist in increasing the efficiency and quality of the work within Local ITSupportinternally, in order to work cost efficient
- Working hours on weekdays between 07h00-19h00.
