SAS DI DEVELOPER - CONTRACT - £500PD - LONDON - URGERNT!!Exclusive SAS Developer opportunity available within a global Energy company based in London. The SAS Data Integration (DI) Developer position will consist of working with a data analytics team on large data sets supporting a number of projects.
Role Description:
In this role, the candidate will be required to:
o Build and Configure SAS Staging and Data Marts (including ETL processes) using SAS DI Studio.
o Run data batches and undertaking data investigation on a daily basis from the Data Warehouse.
o Support Design of SAS Staging and Data Marts for programme implementation.
o Test and support SIT / UAT test activities where required.
o Support New Data Set Builds across the risk platform
Desired Skills & Experience:
o A minimum of 3-5 years SAS experience, specifically with latest version of SAS DI Studio. Experience with other SAS tools - SAS BI, Enterprise Miner, Enterprise Guide is desirable, however not essential.
o Experience with SAS Base / Macros / SQL / ETL is desirable.
o Proven experience of working with large data sets / data management.
o Good communication skills; required to liaise with other departments and technical explanations to clients when required.
o Team player & Driven Individual.
