With a major project imminent to redevelop their portfolio of eCommerce sites, this major retail business have a requirement for a team of eCommerce Business Analysts to join them on a 6 month project basis, at their head office in central Manchester.

In this role you will research and develop commercially robust, and strategically sound site developments to drive the eCommerce business. This will include conducting customer research in conjunction with the customer insight team, to help drive online developments, defining and specifying web development initiatives to improve their ability to attract, convert, and retain customers. You will create and measure benefit cases for development project, lead and facilitate key stakeholder workshops to seek approval of business requirements and priorities, and perform User Acceptance Testing. The team will be working to Agile project management methodology.

You will have a proven, successful track record as a Business Analyst, preferably within an eCommerce environment, with sound understanding and knowledge of workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, benefit case management and Agile methodology. You will also have some experience of mobile development and optimisation and / or the Endeca Search and Navigation tool. Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills are essential.

This project is to start ASAP, for an anticipated 6 month period, and you will ideally be able to start with 1-2 weeks notice. The role is paying c. £260 to £360 per day (Limited Company basis), dependent on experience.
