Role:

* To provide operational and technical support for complex issues to the users of eBusiness applications to ensure that the business benefits of applications continue to be achieved throughout their lifetime.
* To build and maintain technical configuration documentation and knowledge for all eBusiness applications. You will be working within a small dedicated expert team which will be the technical configurations competency owners.
Required Qualifications:

* Engineer in Information Technology, graduate of EPF/HES or recognized equivalent.
* ITIL methodologies foundation or advanced certification.
* Good understanding of SQL, Oracle database, Linux, Apache Tomcat and general Internet systems configuration.
* Understanding of web technology as HTML, CSS, Javascript, Java, Ajax and JSP.
* Hybris knowledge
* 5 years experience in a similar position dealing with eBusiness technologies
* Previous experience in a support or customer facing role in the area of Sales & Marketing or eBusiness.
* Client focused and support orientated with positive attitude.
* Experience of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams with a focus on delivery in a rapidly changing environment.
* Knowledge of minor programming/scripting in web technologies.

Language skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, English and French.
