CITI Recruitment has partnered with a Global IT Consulting Company who requires a Change Manager to deliver a Windows 7 upgrade and thereafter on an SAP implementation. This role is based in Port Macquarie and you will required to work 3 days a week.The selected Change Manager will be responsible for activities, work products and developing and implementing deliverables including, but not limited to: Change Impact Assessment, Change Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Organisational Readiness, Communications Plan and actual communications content.
The consultant must have strong business acumen and 8-10 years of Change Management experience. They should also have consulting training and experience. They must have demonstrated ability to interact at all levels of the client organisation, including the executive level and strong leadership and facilitation skills. SOE experience strongly recommended - particularly Windows
Key Responsibilities:
- Organisational role mapping and design
- Defining Cultural Alignment program components, including surveys, followed by deployment, analysis and recommendations
- Change strategy definition
- Change impact survey design, deployment, analysis
- Change impact analysis
- Defining Communications strategy, plan, and content
- Developing and implementing communications surveys
- Stakeholder management at various levels within an organization
- Set up and management of change champion network
- Track-record of delivering successful outcomes on change management projects with little supervision
