IT Service Manager (SAP)
Startdate: within two weeks (preferably)
Language: English (required)
Project duration: initial study (8 weeks) and complete project until end of the year
Location: Zuid Limburg
Need to have:
-Experience with optimisation of service management processes and their implementation in complex organization
-Broad (functional) knowledge and experience with (SM) tools on the SAP platform.
-Experience in international organisations
Tasks:
-Inventarisation and analyse of current situation.
-Advice on way forward for service management processes and SAP system utilization for DSM.
-Give an outside view on the Service Management Organisation based on consultant's own international experience.
