Introduction

Inqb8r is a young technology company creating the next generation of web apps centered around TV. We are growing quickly, and require a software engineer to expand our existing small development team.

We are approaching some exciting projects, and would love to meet with you to discuss them. We stream live TV to students across the UK, and are looking to expand this audience base to a national level. This introduces new scalability challenges that we are actively working on. Some of the stuff we do:

  • Building interactive clientside players.
  • Frame accurate ad replacement in live broadcast streams.
  • Integrate our TV web applications with different broadcaster head ends.
  • Work on a brand new unreleased web app that will change the way people consume television.

Ideally, we need you to have examples of previous work or hobbyist projects you have completed to demonstrate your coding aptitude. A bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar is preferred but not required depending on experience.

We are a small and young company, and we want you to be prepared for your voice and input to have a serious measurable impact on the business.

We are based in London, but our development team works remotely in Southampton. We are open to discussion about your location.
