EPM Planning Lead ( Strategy, Executive level, EPMO, Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase, HFM ) - £90-130k - Hampshire / West YorkshireAn EPM Planning Lead ( Strategy, Executive level, EPMO, Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase, HFM ) is required for a Global Organisation to collaborate at executive level, provide direction to their solution road map and lead full projects from start to finish. The chosen EPM Planning Lead ( Strategy, Executive level, EPMO, Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase, HFM ) will have a wide scope of technology experience and solid product knowledge. A finance degree/qualification would be expected as the EPM Planning Lead ( Strategy, Executive level, EPMO, Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase, HFM ) would be managing a finance team of 4.
Essential
- Recent and relevant experience working directly with a Global or International organisation
- Proven experience delivering for multiple concurrent programmes with a Global/International impact
- Experience managing and interacting with stakeholders; at executive level, other employees and suppliers/ 3rd party vendors in order to provide EPM Planning guidance and collaboration
- Strong experience successfully influencing both Business & Technology strategy
- Understands software development process and it's link to IT infrastructure
- A wide breadth of technology experience paired with a solid knowledge of product capabilities
Desirable
- Finance degree
- Prince II
- Experience delivering solutions within an Oracle/Hyperion environment.
- Background in/ previous working experience of Oracle/Hyperion development. Any experience with the following would be very beneficial - HFM, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Oracle EBS Applications, OBIEE, ODI
