Senior Project Manager - Department TransformationFunction Description:
Coordinate the project activities for the transformation of several defined tracks of transformation.

Activities :
- Prepare, organize & document steering committees with the senior management of I&O
- Maintain the project plan and follow-up progress of the assigned transformation tracks
- Lead & animate the communities that are impacted by the several tracks
- Prepare info and training sessions for impacted people
- Ensure that the impacted population is well listened to
- Prepare, organize & document design session for the various tracks with senior management and subject matter experts
Language: French Dutch English
Education & Soft skills
Master/Bachelor or equivalent by experience
- Very Good Communication (listening!) and negotiation skills
- Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude,
- Team player
- Good coordination, planning and follow-up skills
- Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural env
- Stress resistance
- Very flexible on time requirements
Experience:
- Experience as project leader / coordinator (plan, lead, follow-up, report progress to senior management)
- Experience in people transformation (communication, training, coaching, reinforcement)
- Experience in architecting people transformation
- Experience in people capability assessment
Technical experience / knowledge:
Clarity/MS Project Powerpoint
