VB.Net Developer - North West - 3 months - £200 to £275 (VB.Net/Classic ASP)I am working with a major establishment in the North West that are looking to bring on 2 Web Developers (VB.Net) to work on a short term (3 month) contract starting in March. The project will be working on a number of systems upgrading their current processes to coincide with new legal requirements.
The ideal person will posses a lot of legacy system experiences but don't necessarily need to be doing them in their most recent position, however experience of the following at some point in their contracting career is a must:
Must Haves:
- VB.Net Development experience (not just C#)
- Classic ASP
- SQL Server
Desirables:
- WCF
- Webservices
- Front end tools (Javascript frame works etc)
- ASP.Net
Due to the nature of the client, security checks need to take place which normally take 3-4 weeks to complete. Therefore ideally you will be in a contract just now and have 4-5 weeks left to go before you finish but are looking to line up your next VB.Net Development project.
