IT Security/Risk Management Consultant

Our client, in the IT-industry, is currently seeking for a IT Security/Risk Management Consultant

Duties

· Creating, maintaining and communicating security standards and guidelines

· Performing application/infrastructure risk assessments

· Compiling/reviewing of security concepts

· Observing industry trends

· Participation within strategic programmes by designing and leading projects intended to improve the security posture

· Maintaining the risk register and resolving ad hoc security requests

· Providing security/risk management expertise to projects and collaboration with IT and other security/risk functions

Required skills

· Candidate must have a true consultant mind-set and attitude, always serving the customer to achieve a secure design/solution/project, in a most effective and efficient way, considering adequately the risks and risk mitigation strategy involved.

· He/she must be a real, solution-oriented practitioner, with a proven track record in the area of IT Security/Risk Management.

· Banking knowledge and excellent understanding and experience of IT Security/Risk Management (applicable laws, regulations, concepts, mechanisms, solutions)

· Minimum of seven years of experience as an IT

· A consultant within a large, complex, and international environment

· Security/Risk certifications

· Team oriented, self-dependent, responsible and motivated personality

· Fast comprehension, open minded with an analytical approach

· Capability to achieve high quality and quantity work results

· Active network to industry peers

· Very good language skills in German and English (written and spoken)
