Your tasks:
- Support the SAP Asset and License Management department in defining, organizing, optimizing and cleaning various Datacenter Asset Management processes (Order, Invoice, contract information, reporting)
- Transfer contract information to a specific Asset management Tool
- Review, optimize, and implement the invoice process
- Drive problem resolution by backlog cleanup and process optimization
- M&A Ordering process definition and implementation to take over and control M&A orderings
- Redefine and implement the Network Catalogue ordering process
- Software Asset Management reporting (Define and implement reports with Business Objects tools)
Your qualifications
- Deep knowledge in IT Asset Management and the according processes
- Experience in Software Asset and License Management, Asset Lifecycle management, IT Asset Procurement Lifecycle management, IT server provisioning
- Ideally experience in HW/Network/SW equipment
- Experience in Contract Management and IT Procurement
- Business fluent in English is mandatory
