Support EngineerOur client in Midtown Manhattan is looking to fill a full time position for a Support Engineer. Salary is 85-110K. No relocation assistance is available; H1B visas can be transferred if there is at least 2 years still valid.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise in the system
- Aid in on-boarding process of new clients
- Work with Market & Credit Risk teams
- Drive to troubleshoot and maintain efficiency of systems
Requirements
- Work experience with Unix/Linux
- At least 2 years of experience in support
- Strong knowledge of market risk and/or credit risk
- Scripting abilities with Shell, Perl, or Python
- Confidence using SQL, Oracle or similar database
