Working with the Treasury ALM business data team to support the IT functions in the delivery of ALM data for balance sheet management using QRM. The role requires strong data analysis skills, a good understanding of non- traded banking book products.Working with the Treasury ALM business data team to support the IT functions in the delivery of ALM data for balance sheet management using QRM. The role requires strong data analysis skills, a good understanding of non- traded banking book products and ALM concepts with the ability to support elements of data testing. The data provision process will enable financial modelling of the non-investment banking products for balance sheet management across the bank
Key Skills:
- Strong business/data analysis experience with extensive experience of data focussed projects.
- Experience of producing data requirement specifications and defining data validation, verification and aggregation specifications.
- Experience of working with Treasury on ALM, Liquidity projects in either a data or modelling capacity.
- Experience of QRM, SunGard ALM or other ALM applications will be a distinct advantage.
- Good understanding of non-traded banking book products
- Competent in Microsoft products Excel, Access, SQL
Key accountabilities:
Support Work stream lead to:-
- Support the IT functions to deliver data into a central database for a range of non-traded banking book products
- Assist in testing data feeds to ensure delivery of clean validated data that meets the requirements specifications, identify, track and help resolve data quality issues
- Produce & maintain data specifications from a set of logical data requirements.
- Interface between with the business ALM modelling team and technical data SMEs to ensure delivery of quality assured data.
