Essential -
SQL Server Database Experience (SQL 2005 or SQL 2008 or SQL 2012)
SSAS, SSIS, SSRS
T-SQL development (inc. stored procedures, tables, etc)
Desirable -
Knowledge of MDX and dimensional data warehousing
Experience with Redgate technology
