MISSION DESCRIPTION
In the VDD Portfolio & Business Performance Unit, in particular the Resourcing & Benchmarking team, there is a need of a position to coordinate and follow up on different projects and activities.
The main fronts to support are related to:
- Resourcing strategy execution
- Project cost evaluation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The job holder will be accountable to ensure resourcing strategy is well executed from a business operations perspective, analysing best approaches to capture necessary data and elaborate reporting.
Liaise with the different scientific platforms of the Vaccine Discovery and Development department to agree roadmap and action plan for resourcing data capture, ensuring successful execution.
He/she will need to understand the different systems and business rules involved in the resourcing and
benchmarking strategy of the department, being able to evolve those and support the business to follow
He/She will contribute in the resources and costs estimation for projects in the vaccines portfolio in need of financial evaluation, understanding every step of the process and being capable to collect and consolidate the necessary information.
PRE REQUISITES:
Education:
Master Degree in Bio-Sciences/Chemistry/Finance/Engineering or equivalent job progression experience
Specific skills:
Ability to understand complex situations and apply simple and logic solutions.
The ideal candidate is strong business wise, comfortable with systems technology and capable to easily grasp scientific concepts.
