Our client is currently looking for a Service Desk Operator to work on a 6 month part time contract.

The Role

You will be supporting the team on a Tuesday and Friday's, with occasional weekend requirements.

Reporting directly to the Service Desk Manager you will be responsible for, however not limited to the following:

  • Technically competent monitoring of systems and initial triage and first point diagnosis of faults
  • Timely and accurate data entry into the maintenance management systems
  • Works plan activation for operational systems
  • Conduct and communication that contributes to a high standard of customer service
  • Service delivery that promotes the safety of the air traffic control system

The Person

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will assist you in building and maintaining productive working relationships across the organisation. Your strength in providing superior customer services and ability to work effectively in high pressure situations will see you achieve success in the role. Your proven experience in interpreting data with limited guidance and high attention to detail will support you meeting the needs of the stakeholders throughout the organisation.
