A leading provider to the home healthcare industry, supporting over 150,000 people per year, require an experienced NHS Manager to be the primary contact for essential stakeholders during design, mobilisation and implementation for clinical services and systems.
As the Project Manager of Clinical Services you will make a substantial contribution in growth by taking responsibility for defined NHS projects ensuring efficient use of resources to deliver high quality, reliable services to the customer and projected business growth areas.
The Project Manager will work closely with clinical service design leads and clinical service delivery leads to develop nursing/therapy service specifications, protocols and guidelines that reflect national requirements to support clinical service design managers and clinical service delivery managers in engaging with customer clinical stakeholders.
Due to the nature of the role interested applicants must have home health/recovery at home experience and would previously have held posts similar too Clinical Project Manager/Pharmacy/Hospital Management. You must also have;
- Knowledge of the NHS.
- Relationship/stakeholder management experience.
- A clinical background.
- Complex project management and delivery experience.
This is a field based position and will require travel throughout the UK.
A salary of up to £60,000, car/car allowance, a 20% annual performance bonus, pension, and private medical insurance.
