Description
Education and Experience- Bachelors degree in related field, MBA or PharmD Preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of Healthcare/Pharmaceutical experience
- Minimum five years of successful sales management or equivalent people leadership experience
- Knowledge and experience of legal and regulatory requirement related to the Pharmaceutical industries
- Market Planning/strategy development experience and the ability to execute key strategies
- Financial/budgetary experience
- Preferred knowledge of traditional pharma marketing areas including product positioning, marketing plan development and execution, co-promotion alliances, product launch and life-cycle management
- Multiple product experience preferred

Strong interpersonal skills commensurate with the need to work closely with internal teams as well as external physicians, industry leaders, vendors/consultants

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate with many diverse customer audiences, therapeutic decision makers, and other influencers
- Excellent presentation skills to engage and meet the needs of various audiences

- Financial/budgetary experience
- Ability to travel, a minimum of 50%
