The primary purpose of this role is to work within our strategic channel partners driving sales and marketing programs to grow revenue for both The Client and the partner. This person will be passionate about driving new business and upsell initiatives according to the joint business development plan agreed by the Executive team. Partner enablement and development skills are crucial as this person will also be required to deliver training, launch marketing campaigns, run sales days and call outs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Achieve against a set of pre agreed sales targets and KPI's on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  • Develop a cohesive business plan for the partners and execute effectively against that plan
  • Working with The Client Channel Partners to facilitate new opportunity generation which will ultimately be handed across to the The Client/Partner sales team to execute against
  • To work as part of a virtual team to facilitate sales and technical training, marketing and business planning and execution
  • Work with the Partner Marketing team to plan and execute an agreed marketing plan
  • Co-ordinate executive level relationships and attend quarterly business review
  • Build and maintain relationships with the partners
  • Business Administration - manage the reporting of the KPI's and general NetSuite (CRM) housekeeping
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
  • Attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development
  • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills

KPI's will include:
  • Partner new business and upsell sales growth
  • New opportunities / deal registrations created
  • Management of incentive programs
  • Marketing / business plans developed / executed against
  • Running of partner sales days and call outs
