Real Staffing Group is looking for a Head of Quality Assurance to join a growing medical device company in the Menlo Park area.Company: Small Medical Device Company that produces a minimally invasive Neurovascular device. They are expecting CE mark and 510k approval this quarter. They are re-organization their quality department and need a Head of QA to join their team.
Role: As the Head of QA, you are responsible for implementing guidance, and architectural plans for the operations and quality engineering teams for new and existing product development. You will oversee project teams and check in day to day to make sure that projects are moving forward. You will make sure that the Quality System is in sync with company expectations for both their US and EU operations.
Requirements:
Minimum BS Degree in Life Science or Engineering
Minimum 10yrs QA experience in Medical Device Industry
Direct Management experience Minimum 5yrs
Ability to work in fast pace and high pressure environments
Small Company Experience
Hands on Experience with Endovascular, Neurovascular, or Cardiovascular devices is highly desirable
Salary:
They are open to seeing Directors and Senior Managers for the role. Salary is competitive based on level of experience
