The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and manage drug substances and drug product logistics to support both commercial drug product distribution and clinical trial studies. The main job activities involve working with contract manufacturers to ensure the drug product supplies for various projects. The Supply Chain Manager will also keep inventories of drug substances and drug products, and provide projection information to Process R&D and Pharmaceutical Development groups for future drug substances and drug product needs. In addition, the Supply Chain Manager will work with Clinical and Pharmaceutical Development departments to design clinical study packaging and labeling for various phases of the clinical studies. This person will be the liaison between contract manufacturers of drug substance, drug product, packaging, labeling, and distribution, as well as other functional groups within the company. Detailed job duties are listed below.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage global supply chain for commercial drug products
* Manage inventories for commercial drug products, drug substances, and CTM
* Manage contract manufacturers for drug substance and drug product storage and distribution
* Develop and implement budgets, logistics plans and procedures, and inventory management strategy and execution
* Select and negotiate with suppliers or contract manufacturers to improve supply chain efficiency
* Collaborate with other functional groups to integrate planning and logistics within the company
* Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.
* Manage inbound or outbound logistics operations, including preparing shipping documents and approval forms
* Leads and works effectively with cross-functional project and CMC teams

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in scientific field with 5-10 years logistic management experience
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively in both written and oral context
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel skill
* Familiar with International shipping documents/regulations required.
* Capable of compiling, analyzing and presenting data in a concise manner.
* Capable of working on multiple projects/tasks and able to meet timelines.
