Developer required to work for multi-national client based in Buckinghamshire.Are you looking for a new development opportunity working with modern technologies in a fast paced environment? Then this is the role for you.
Our client is seeking a Software Developer with strong C++ development experience to work on a debugger development project. This is a brilliant 6 month contract opportunity with a high chance of extension.
Primarily this role focuses on the GDB server development.
The development is multi-threaded and this is important to show experience in this area.
You must also have had experience of writing debuggers. This is essential as this is primarily what you will be responsible for in the role.
Key Skills:
Strong C++ developer in the client Windows application development domain.
Good strong engineering background.
Strong object orientated design skills.
Multi-threaded application development experience
Some experience or knowledge in embedded software development.
Solid verbal and written communication skills. We are working in a team environment where communication is critical.
Nice to have skills:
Java. (Some minor UI tweaks are sometimes required to add features to the debugger - it makes it easier if the developer can do both)
