My Client a global pharmaceutical company based in Dublin is seeking a Quality System Analyst to join their team.

To assist in managing the company quality systems including Customer Complaints, Change Control System, Deviation System, Technical Agreements, SOP updates and Product Quality Reviews.

Duties
*To assist in managing the company quality systems including Customer Complaints, Change Control System, Deviation System, Technical Agreements, SOP updates and Product Quality Reviews.
*To provide support for the co-ordination of Quality Systems at the company to ensure high level of control in the manufacture and supply of medicinal products.
*To assist in managing/coordinating the company quality systems in line with EU Regulation.
*Provide Quality support to Manufacturing, Packaging, Warehouse, Engineering functions.
*To give Quality Assurance support to the Internal V.S and 3rd Party Value stream.
*To actively promote Quality in the Company and demonstrate a knowledge of GMP to internal and external stakeholders.
*To participate in the Auditing schedule at the company as required.
*Participate in Operational Excellence for the QA Department.
*Provide support to the Compliance Department.
*Any other duties as determined by the QA Manager.

Requirements:
*Strong knowledge of EU GMP regulations.
*Third level qualification in a science related discipline.
*Minimum 1 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry (QA/QC/Reg Affairs).
*Strong computer skills, ideally with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Access
*Demonstrated strong team-working and motivational skills.
*Proven track record in using initiative to identify and implement improvements.
*Excellent written communication skills
