We are looking for an Embedded Senior C++ Software Engineer who is interested in either contracting or working permanently with one of Europe's leading organisations who specialise in the development of products for PC architectures. This is a very exciting opportunity to work on a brand new project with one of their clients. The project itself will need someone who is comfortable in developing large software systems and will mean the successful candidate/s will be developing products throughout the whole SDLC within an agile environment. The role involves development of communication protocols and packet processing software.
Requirements:
*Degree/Masters or equivalent experience.
*5+ experience in Software Development in 'C'
*Experience in Linux Kernel/driver or User Application or equivalent Real Time Operating System Experience
*Communication (Ethernet, TCP/IP) experience and/or security protocols
*Virtualisation technologies such as KVM, QEMU or VMware
*Understanding of Intel Architecture
