The contract is with a consultancy to be on an assignment at a large European organisation in Brussels as follows:-
Location: Brussels (Haren)
Length: start until - potential extensions
Languages: French/English - English only is also possible

Job description:
- Undertake fault diagnosis, basic troubleshooting and ensure effective repair of workspace products.
- Responsible for strict controls of assets and inventory holdings through prompt turnaround of spares.
- Execute relevant reporting procedures.
- Ensure all measurements are taken to avoid loss of data
- Develop and maintain client relationships identifying opportunities to extend existing service agreements
- Repair software configuration problems.
- Install and configure workspace products into network environment
Technickal profile:
- SCCM engineer with packaging skills
- Knowledge of Altiris is a plus
