Description
Responsibilities:- Develop SQL Server applications (T-SQL)
- Developing and maintaining ETL scripts and SSRS packages to stage data for data analysis and reporting
- Be the SSRS subject matter expert for the data warehouse team
- Implementing SQL Server best practices in database coding and design
- Database tuning and monitoring performance monitoring and tuning
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of high level experience in database development (SQL Server)
- 3+ years of experience working with any ETL or BI tools and analytical modelling techniques (SSIS)
- 3+ years C# development experience
- 2+ years of extensive experience writing stored procedures, views, functions, triggers and user defined functions (two table joins, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or equivalent technical field
- Experience within the financial or trading industry is nice to have
