Interim Development Manager - 6Months + - Cardiff - £DOEStart Date: 17/03/14
Due to rapid growth, there is a new opportunity to spearhead a new applications team for a financial software company based in the Cardiff area.
As a Development Manager you must have exposure in delivering web/win and mobile applications. You will me managing a team of 4 Developers (1 Senior & 3 Junior) and working on a 3 projects across the duration.
Project 1
Developing a web application that can be use to manage portfolios, pensions & Investments.
Projects 2
Developing a mobile application. This will consist of a 5 module application that will enable; users to login, upload + store data, calendar, view investments & make transactions.
Project 3
Supporting an internal system written in VB.net which is used to support the online offering.
This is a hands-on development role and therefore you must be familiar with technologies such as Asp.net, C#, VB.net , VB6, C++, Java, iOS, Android SDK, Xcode, Objective-c, HTML, Javascript, CSS, SQL, SharePoin
For the right candidate there maybe an opportunity to go permanent (package to be discussed). Proven track record of managing a development team is imperative.
