I am currently looking for a Contract Manager/Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor for a contract position based in Qatar for an Underground Rail project.Project Length - 1 to 2 years

Requirements
· Degree level/recognised equivalent qualification in contract administration/ quantity surveying or related discipline
· Chartered status preferred
· International contractor major projects experience and a thorough knowledge and expertise in the administration of contracts using international standard and bespoke forms of contract. Extensive experience of working with the FIDIC forms of contract.
· Experienced in working in the international construction market. Middle East experience required.
· Heavy civils experience preferably including tunnelling (TBM-D&B) works · Experienced, skilled professionals capable of dealing with all aspects of
main contract and subcontract administration, claims, variations, quantum, delay management etc.
· Skilled communicator and negotiator capable of representing and negotiating externally at senior management level
· Team players
· Provider of internal support and assistance to project technical teams
