Description
We are seeking a Senior Budget Analyst to join a well known and respected Government Department.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of project budgets of up to $100m including monthly reporting, variance analysis and forecasting.
- Establish and maintain appropriate project budget structures that meet operational and accounting requirements.
- Manage and complete the full month-end close process for the allocated portfolio
- Provide financial support for large bids within the portfolio, compile financial view and act as point of contact for any financial queries.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio project budget within the IT, construction or telecommunications industry including
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or related discipline
