COMPLAINTS MANAGER, FINANCIAL SERVICES, LONG TERM CONTRACT, £400-£500 PER DAY
Panoramic Associates are working with a leading Financial Services provider to recruit a Complaints Manager on a contract basis.
The Complaints Manager will build and lead a small team of consultants to manage the customer complaint journey, ensuring that the client delivers excellent service to the customer and working closely with the Financial Ombudsman and FCA.
A background in complaints is a must, ideally in a senior or managerial position. Applicants would also ideally have worked for the Financial Ombudsman previously.
