Your tasks:
- High level investigation of warranty parts with administrative handling in Oracle as well as making statements in Oracle about findings etc.
- Organizational forwarding warranty parts to suppliers for further investigation
- Organizing and partially performing further investigations internally with other departments like
- Material testing, crack testing, pressure testing, dimensional measurements surface roughness etc.
- High level engine damage investigations which means attending the disassembly process, taking records during disassembly, taking digital photos, investigating through microscope Drafting engine damage reports
- Administrative tasks for the mechanical investigation team filling in tracking lists etc.
- Misc. Tasks for the Reliability team
Your qualifications
- Profound mechanical education that should be minimal a HTL Engineer, DI (FH) even better, but not absolutely required
- A good understanding of technical details, preferably experience with damaged part investigations and root cause analysis
- MS-Office knowledge and if possible Oracle knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Essential are very good German skills since the employee needs to perform many tasks in production as well where not all people speak English
