Description
An experience agency in London are looking for Mid or Senior level Service Designer with UX Research/ Usability skills to take ownership of a project starting immediately - w/c 24th Feb.This will run for one month, and will revolve around:
- Plan and report on lab studies
- Take findings and update customer journeys for online web/ mobile elements
- Advise / liaise with client in regards to strategy etc
