Service Improvement Lead - NHS

My London based client urgently seeks a Service Improvement Lead - NHS on a 6 months contract with a view to extend. As the Lead for service development, you will lead a continual service development process across all of our services (some of which are very up to date and some are not) - looking at the many ways in which services could improve. You will be expected to understand LEAN type approaches. We are also looking for someone who looks for best practice both nationally and internationally and can find ways of bringing this best practice to local services.

If you have worked in an NHS organisation, you will be relieved to find here that patients and thus service improvement comes first and vested interests and the status quo second - no one will stop you from driving through the changes you need to make to improve things.

The successful candidate will have the tenacity to make change, the people skills to convince teams to move on, the curiosity and persuasion to look across the world for best practice and to convince partners to work on us on the continual evolution of our services.

Key skills needed for the Service Improvement Lead include:

* Previous experience in Service Improvement Lead

* Experience with Stakeholder Management
