Senior CRM Solution Architect Dutch And French Speaking
Job Purpose:
As an experienced CRM Solution Architect, you are responsible for the elaboration of a technical
design, analyze, test and implement the solution in the framework of the project.
Your responsibilities will include:
Plan to mark future-oriented engineering design;
After analysis, writing technical specifications;
Watch over possible conflicts between the different solutions;
Testing of the solution;
Configuration and parameterisation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011;
Configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM E - mail Router;
Directing and planning recources;
Supporting the current solution in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011;
Adjustment of the current solution in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011;
Responsibilities:
List of tasks/activities:
- Planning, development and prioritization in line with the businesses of the development to be carried out and tasks;
- Manage the daily activities of the project analysis/development and testing;
- Draw up a timetable and content of the releases to the attention of the business,
- Follow up problems/incidents and their solution in case of problems with hardware and/or implementation, the link with the team involved, Organize and performing two weekly status meetings:
- meeting with the business and the preparation of a status report;
- If necessary, participate in steering committees and the preparation thereof
- Ensuring respect for delivery times for activities under the responsibility of the project
- Supporting the current solution;
- Adjusting the current solution;
- Ensuring the internal quality controls to ensure the quality of the deliverables.
Technical skills:
Knowledge of the railway and recent experience in this matter: min 2 years experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011: min 3 years experience
Functional analysis: min 5 years experience
Experience with integration with BING maps: 2 years experience
Experience with CRAB DB: 2 years experience
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Extending certification is required: 1 year of experience
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Installation and Deployment certification is required: min 1 year experience
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Applications certification is required: min 1 year experience
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Customization and Configuration certification is required: min 1 year experience
ITIL V3 certification is required: min 3 years
PRINCE2 certification is required: min 2 years
MS Office: 5 years
IT Architecture: 5 years experience
SM7 service management: 2 years experience
